Tracy keeps useful content on Facebook for our clients, squeezes advertising costs to get the best “bang for buck”, ensures a timely client response to all customer queries and comments online, and no matter what the problem, she will always find the BEST solution.
Q: What’s the craziest post you’ve ever had to manage online?
A: Well, a few years back I was managing a spa Facebook page. I created a competition to gain awareness and to increase foot traffic in the spa’s various locations. I was given zero budget, and a handful of discount vouchers to give away as incentives. I had planned the campaign to launch on a Thursday morning and to run for 5 days. The campaign exploded and I had to shut down the competition after 4 hours, having also increased page Likes by over 900 Fans!
Q: Your best tip for companies to manage their online presence?
A: Keep it real, make content relevant and interesting to clients and always remember to offer that ‘human element’ at all times (so the community feel that they are not engaging with drones, but rather real people with real interest in their needs, wants and desires).
